South Skye & Lochalsh Coastal Rowing Club:
I have taken the following information from the SSLCRC website:
‘Learn how to row with the SSLCRC. Our club is based in Kyleakin and offers recreational and competitive rowing opportunities to local people, whether a new rower or experienced. We have around 30 members of all ages, and activities range from simply enjoying being on the water, to training hard so that we can take part in regattas during the summer months. Most of our members were completely new to rowing when they started, and we encourage anyone from age 16 to come and give it a try’.
I would encourage you to visit the website for a range of interesting information about the club, and details of how to secure a taster row.
